The Doctor is a 900 year old Timelord from Gallifrey. He is the last of his kind and now travels through time and space in the T.A.R.D.I.S meeting strange creatures and visiting alien worlds. He is currently in his 11th incarnation as Timelords have the ability to regenerate if injured or near death. The Doctor is a mad, brilliant, genius who is never without his Sonic Screwdriver and a companion at is side. The Doctor rocks!
Amy Pond is the first person the 11th doctor met after he crash landed the T.A.R.D.I.S in her back garden when she was a child. They met again when she was older and teamed up to get a evil alien convict back to it's jailers. After that The Doctor invited her aboard his time machine and they travelled to the far future aboard Starship UK and back in time and met Vincent Van Gogh. This feisty companion is always up for a laugh and a flirt but is always there for The Doctor and husband Rory.
Rory Williams is Amy Pond's husband. Childhood sweet hearts she used to make Rory dress up as The Doctor as children and therefore entered the medical profession. He helped the The Doctor and Amy catch alien Prisoner Zero and later joined The Doctor and Amy in the T.A.R.D.I.S. They finnally married after the events of the Big Bang 2 and then set off once again in the T.A.R.D.I.S. Rory will do anything to protect Amy even face a Vampire alien!
River Song is a mysterious woman who knows more about The Doctor than anyone else. They keep meeting in the wrong order and the first time The Doctor (In his Tenth incarnation) met her she died. After that they stopped the terrifying Weeping Angels plan and started the second Big Bang. River keeps a book of "Spoilers" so she knows what events have happened and what haven't in The Doctor's time line. Often greeting him with a smile and "Hello Sweetie" she loves to tease but the Doctor is never sure if he can trust her.
